We strive for 100% customer satisfaction! However, Party with byGeorge LLC shall not be held responsible if any of the client's expectations are not met by Party with byGeorge LLC. 

Cancellation, Transfer, Exchange, & Refund: Party with byGeorge LLC is not required to offer cancellation, transfer, exchange, or refund options regardless of the reason. 

Safety: Balloons are a choking hazard for young children. Therefore, the client or guardian should supervise children while handling Party with byGeorge LLC balloon garlands. 

Party with byGeorge LLC uses Latex balloons. Therefore, individuals with latex allergies may have an allergic/anaphylactic reaction to latex. 

Our transportation bags can cause suffocation to children. Please keep Party with byGeorge transportation bags away from children at all times. 

By checking you read the entire FAQ, Policies, and Terms & Conditions the client agrees not to hold Party with byGeorge LLC responsible for any injury/fatalities incurred by our supplies or balloon garlands.

Bounce House FAQ & Policies

Are your inflatables safe?

Your safety is our number one priority. We tie down the inflatables using the appropriate stakes (18 inches) or sandbags. Adult supervision is a must when children are playing inside the bounce castle! We also place a sign with rules next to our bounce castle during your event. This will ensure that a few simple posted rules are followed and everyone has a fun and safe experience.

Do you carry commercial insurance?

Yes, indeed! We carry a $1,000,000.00 liability insurance policy.

Are your inflatables clean and sanitized?

Being a retired pediatric RN, we take your child's health seriously! We begin by blowing out the area for any debris, then vacuuming the surface, and lastly we wipe down the surface with a disinfectant. We do this at the time of setting up and again prior to tearing down. 

How many people can be on an inflatable at one time?

Usually about 5-7 people can jump at one time, but for our smaller inflatables and depending on the size of the children jumping, the number is less. It is always best to separate older children from the younger children for safety reasons.

How many hours can I use the rented inflatable? Is there an additional cost if I go over that time?

Six hours is the standard amount of time for renting our inflatables, which begins at the start of your event (not the set up and tear down time). We would be more than happy to accommodate you on a prorated basis (additional charge of $50 per hour). 

Do you deliver, set up and pick up the inflatables?

Yes, indeed! We deliver, set up and pick up the inflatables the same day. At delivery we will ask you to show us the area for set up. Next, we will ask for a power source for our blowers. We will then set up your inflatable. Once everything is set up we will inspect the inflatable for cleanliness and safety. We will also show you how to work the blower for safety purposes. After your reservation time has ended, we will pick up your inflatable.

Why is face paint or glitter not allowed on the inflatables?

Facepaint permanently stains the white bounce houses. Glitter is almost impossible to remove from the bounce houses and embeds into the clear plastic of the bubble house.

What happens if it rains or is too windy on the day I have scheduled the bounce house?

If it rains on the day of the party we will not set up outdoors without a covered area large enough to ensure the bounce house and electric blower remain dry. If there is not a covered area, then we will have the client pick another date to enjoy the bounce house. The client has 6 months to schedule that date. If the wind exceeds 15mph we can set up indoors if the client has a large enough space or the client has 6 months to schedule another date.

If I change my mind and cancel the rental of the inflatable, will I get my money back?

If you cancel 8 days or more in advance we will refund everything back except a $50 cancellation fee per policy. If you cancel 24 to 71 hours in advance we will refund 50% of your deposit. If you cancel less than 24 hours your 50% deposit will not be refunded and there will be no rescheduling for the inflatable.

Grab & Go Balloons FAQ & Policies

Do you deliver Grab & Go Balloon Garlands?

Grab & Go Balloon Garlands are for pickup only. They require a closed vehicle for transport.

Please, make sure your vehicle can accommodate the size of the garland before you order.

Quality & Environmentally Friendly Materials

We only use high quality environmentally friendly balloons! Latex balloons are biodegradable and photodegradable; meaning when you see a balloon start to fade and/or pop while under direct sunlight, you are seeing the balloon beginning to oxidize and photodegrade.

The rate of degradation is highly variable as it's influenced by many variables such as temperature, amount of sunlight, etc. 

That being said, we cannot guarantee the integrity of our balloon installation (balloons not fading or popping) under direct sunlight; regardless of the time of year. Balloons can deflate under cold temperatures, as well. Party with byGeorge is not responsible for anything that happens with the balloons once they are out of our care.

Please note we highly recommend our grab & go balloon garlands are used indoors or in a completely shaded area outdoors. 

Can I order now and pay later?

Grab & Go Balloon Garlands must be paid in full at the time of placing your order. You may only make purchases through our website.

Please, fill out the pick up form before placing your order.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once you book with us and pay, you will not be able to change the balloon colors or garland size.

How do I track my order?

For Balloon Kits Only: You will receive an email notification with tracking once your package ships.

Where do you ship to?

For Balloon Kits Only: Anywhere in the United States. We hope to have international shipping in the future.

How long does shipping take?

For Balloon Kits Only: Our current turn around time to package and ship your orders is 2-5 business days. This may take up to 7 business days during sales, restocks and new product launches.

Choosing a quicker shipping method does not speed up our processing time to package and ship your order. This simply means the shipping carrier will expedite your shipping once they are in possession of your package.  

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted.

If you're missing items or have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Our dedicated team works around the clock to get your items to you as quickly as we can! We thank you for your patience.  

Balloon Kit Returns

How do I return an item?

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't what you thought, let us know.  

How do we do this you ask? 

All returns must be authorized by email at contact@partywithbygeorge.com and must be sent within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Must provide

  • Name the order was purchased under
  • Order number
  • Email address associated with the order

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - with original, unopened packaging.

If accepted for a return, after we receive the item a refund will be given back to the original card on the order. Non-Refundable Items are listed at the bottom of the product description.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How long does it take to process my return?

As soon as we receive your returned package, we will reimburse your order (shipping costs will be calculated out of this), and have your return processed within 7-10 business days.

Can I exchange for a different item?

All exchanges must be authorized by email  at contact@partywithbygeorge.com and must be sent within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Must provide

  • Name the order was purchased under
  • Order number
  • Email address associated with the order

To ensure you get the correct item exchanged and due to our small batches we recommend you purchase the exchanged item on the website. 

Once we receive your item we will process the refund for the returned item!
